Welcome to CPCam (the “App”), developed and operated by YongQiang Peng (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

1.1 The App is a camera-assisted photography application designed to help users align and compose photos based on a selected reference image.

1.2 Core features include:

• Selecting a reference image from the device photo library
• Performing image analysis and processing locally on the device
• Overlaying visual guides in the camera preview
• Automatically triggering photo capture when predefined conditions are met

1.3 All image processing is performed entirely on the user’s device. No images or image-derived data are uploaded to any server.

1.4 The App does not provide cloud storage or online photo processing services.

1.5 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

2. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

2.1 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.

2.2 You must not:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or infringing activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
